Feature Driven Development (FDD)

FDD a client-focused, short-iteration model-driven method. It was built for seamless execution of software engineering best practices. At KSAPEX by using this method, our team helps our clients to achieve, object modeling, development powered by feature, and code ownership.

A feature list is generated by FDD begins by setting up an overall shape of the model. The next step follows in the time frame of 2 weeks in continuous form. If the whole cycle takes more than two weeks, we carefully break down into smaller feature units.

Our main aim is to deliver FDD’s main purpose is to deliver clear-cut, usable software on time, regularly. The purpose of using FDD is that it is adaptable even to large teams as it follows the concept of ‘just enough design initially’ (JEDI). FDD is feature centric development model. It has helped our teams and our clients to stick the balance between the incremental and complex Agile project management.
